Laser cutting

- The quality of laser cutting is exceptional, the cutting speed is very fast, which allows us to make a great number of bench marks in a very short time.
- The maximum thickness for steel sheets is 15 mm, for stainless steel sheets is 6 mm and for aluminum sheets is 5 mm,
- The maximum size of a metal sheet which can be cut is 1500X3000.

CNC Bending

The high bending accuracy of abkant machinery is essential for the quality of finished products.
The maximum width of sheets to be processed ranges up to 1250 mm and their thickness to 6 mm.

ROLLING

The minimum rolling diameter is 150 mm, the maximum rolling width is 1500 mm and the table sheet thickness - up to 3.

CAMBERING AND PUNCHING

       We make cold-flow parts (cambering, punching).
       The company owns a great number of:
               - Power presses (25tf, 40tf, 60tf, 100tf)
               - Hydraulic presses (40 tf - 250 tf)

ENAMELING

We enamel any products made of sheet: 1.55 mm maximum thickness, 1100 x 1100 maximum overall dimensions.

ELECTROSTATIC DYEING

We are able to provide electrostatic dyeing for parts which can fit a 1800x650x480 mm parallelepiped.

SHEET ROLL SLICING

We perform slicing operations for sheet rolls with maximum dimensions of: 1500 x 1,5  mm and 7000 kg maximum weight.

THIN SHEETS PROCESSED BY PUNCHING MACHINES

We make punched parts:  2000 x 1000 x 1 maximum dimensions/bar strips.
